NASA’s Dawn spacecraft never fails to disappoint with its investigation of Vesta. Pictured here in stunning detail is the Oppia crater, where the image on the left shows the brightness and darkness on the surface and the image on the right represents altitude. The blue regions are the shallowest and the red and white areas are the highest points of the region.
