Space shuttle Discovery, which made its final spaceflight in March, has had its electrical systems disconnected and payload doors shut at the Kennedy Space Center's Orbiter Procession Facility. It is being prepared for a piggy-back flight atop a Boeing 747 jumbo to go on show at the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum's Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center in Virginia.
